NOTE FOR BOOKING
The reservation has to specify the number of persons (adults, children, etc.) and the exact date of arrival and departure.
A written confirmation of the reservation along with the payment of a 20% deposit of the total sum and all the client’s personal data : full name, surname address , telephone and e-mail.
Should the client cancel his/her reservation 15 days prior to the arrival date, he/she will have a refund of 50% of the deposit; whereas cancellations made after that, he/she forfeits the entire deposit.
Should the owner, due to circumstances not depending on him/her,is unable to comply with the reservation agreed upon with the client, he/she shall refund the entire deposit.
The booking is to be paid in full on arrival. If the client leaves before the agreed departure date, no refund will be given except for particular / exceptional cases.
